If you are not satisfied with the coffee within 30 days from the date you received shipment, simply return any unopened packages for a complete refund of the purchase price (less a 10% re-stocking fee).
To return your coffee:
Place the unopened packages in a box with a note indicating your name, shipping address and phone number. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
